Join our Habitat Helpers volunteers to care for the native plant habitat at the Trail Conference headquarters.
- What to expect: We learn about native plants and care for the habitat by weeding, planting, pruning and mulching.
- What to bring: Bring work gloves and your favorite garden tools if you have some and dress for the weather. We recommend closed toe shoes and long pants.
- Where to meet: Outside Trail Conference headquarters at 600 Ramapo Valley Road Mahwah NJ

- Rain date: We will let you know of any changes of plans due to weather.
For volunteers under age 18, please submit a Guardian Consent form to [email protected] prior to the volunteer day or bring the paper form the day of. A parent or guardian must be present for the volunteer day.
This Event counts as part of Trail U curriculum.
Attending this worktrip will fulfill the "Non-Trail U NYNJTC Event" elective for any of the 3 curriculum tracks. Fill out your attendance in the Trail U Brochure to track your progress and earn a patch upon completion!
