Invasive Plant Management Tips and Techniques Workshop

Join NYNJTC Conservation Corps Alum Claire Lignac in this Invasive Plant Management Workshop with our partners at Teatown.

Funding is provided through the Environmental Protection Fund as administered by NYS DEC

  • What to expect: A 2 hour classroom portion of the workshop followed by 2 hours of field work, removing invasive plants from Teatown.
  • What to bring: Sturdy footwear, long pants, bug spray, sunscreen, snacks/food/drink, a notebook for the classroom section, and gardening gloves and eye protection if you have them. PPE will be provided for those that don't have any.
